Best Yukon Fall Colors and Northern Lights Photography Workshop
Just hearing the name Yukon conjures imagery of a wild and beautiful wilderness. The Yukon is indeed full of rich history and unique geography. That makes it one of the most rewarding places on the continent to photograph nature and wildlife.
You may be surprised to know that it is not always -20 in the Yukon. The fall is actually quite pleasant and can be warmer than the northern US at times. This will not be hard to guess if you know me, but we are going in the warmer season. I don’t do cold very well!
The Yukon is known for its fantastic wildlife as well as incomparable landscapes. We have arranged to spend some time with some of the more dangerous wildlife in the Yukon. We will not be going off the road looking for something that could eat us, but rather a Nature Center. It’s safer for us, and we can make some “impossible” wildlife images.
There is no wrong time to see the Northern Lights in the Yukon, but in the fall, guess what! We won’t freeze out there getting our cameras clicking on the lights.
Expert instruction and picture-postcard perfect locations await you in the Yukon. Come photograph with us. You Will Be Amazed!
